Data we use

pOS Studio processes account data, workspace content, and data needed for connections you explicitly authorize. For Google Workspace, this can include your Google account identity and the Gmail messages, Drive files, Calendar events, and Google Chat messages covered by the permissions you approve. The exact data depends on the features and permissions you choose.

Why we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to provide the Google Workspace feature you request in pOS Studio: retrieving, searching, displaying, summarizing, or carrying out a requested Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Google Chat action. When you explicitly ask an AI session to work with Google content, that content can be made available to the AI provider selected for that session so it can complete your request.

Storage and sharing

Connection tokens are stored only on the server in encrypted form and are not shown in the app, skills, or agent messages. Workspace data produced from a request, such as a conversation or document, may be retained in the workspace to provide the service. It is available only to people and AI sessions with the workspace access needed for that work. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

Retention and choice

You can remove a connection in Connections; doing so removes its stored credential and prevents future access through that connection. Workspace data is retained as necessary to provide the service. If you need help deleting applicable workspace data, contact the organization that administers your account.
